Abdulaziz F. Al-Khayyal

Abdulaziz F. Al-Khayyal is Senior Vice President, Industrial Relations. He was appointed to this position September 1, 2007. As head of the Industrial Relations business line, he is responsible for many of the company’s most vital support operations, including human resources and training, safety and security, government and public relations, community services, and medical services.

Abdulaziz joined the company in 1981 as an engineer. He has held a variety of managerial positions in oil and gas operations and maintenance. In 1991, he was appointed Director of Personnel, and in 1993 he was appointed President of Saudi Petroleum International, Inc., New York. In 1994, he was appointed President of the Petron Corporation, Saudi Aramco’s refining joint venture in the Philippines. On his return to the Kingdom, Abdulaziz was appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and then Vice President, Employee Relations and Training, and then Vice President, Corporate Planning, in 1998.

In 2000 he was appointed Senior Vice President, International Operations. In 2003, he became Senior Vice President, Refining, Marketing and International. In 2004, Mr. Al-Khayyal was appointed to the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco, and served as Chairman of the PetroRabigh Board of Directors from 2005 to 2012.

Abdulaziz is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where he received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1977 and a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 1979. He attended the company’s Management Development Seminar in 1986 and the Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania in 1995.

Mohamed El-Sawy
co-founder and owner of Alamia Group

Mohamed El Sawy is a Social Activist, Politician and a business entrepreneur who decided early on, before Corporate Social Responsibility became a fad in Egypt, to serve his community. As a co-founder and owner of AlamiaGroup Egypt a bench mark in the fields of Advertising, El Sawy organized, long before establishing the Culture Wheel, comprehensive sports and cultural events for children and youth through his agency with the aim of spreading sports and culture among youth. Alamia was the first to introduce automobile desert rallies and spring parades in Cairo, for which it has successfully fundraised. On other side, he writes a weekly article in the daily Egyptian journalalmasryalyoum.

Currently he had been elected as a member of the First Egyptian Parliament after the 25th of Jan Revolution, where he were re-elected internally to be in charge and the Head of the Chamber of Culture, Tourism and Media in the Egyptian Parliament.

Studying architecture at the Faculty of Fine Arts equipped El-Sawy with an ability to utilize space, and which helped him turn a garbage dump under the bridge into a full-fledged art center.

Dr. Muhammad Saggaf
King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center

Dr. Muhammad Saggaf became President of King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) in April 2012. Before that Dr. Saggaf assumed several positions in Saudi Aramco, including head of the Strategic TransformationOffce,Chief Petroleum Engineer, and head of upstream research and development. He has received several international awards, including the J. Clarence Karcher Award from the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), the Lester C. Uren Technical Excellence Award and the Distinguished Member Award from the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and the Eisenhower Fellowship. He holds B.Sc. and MBA degrees from KFUPM, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from MIT. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development.

Rudy Karsan

Rudy Karsan possesses the rare combination of a strong background in actuarial science with the ability to dream big. So it comes as no surprise that one of Mr. Karsan's most lofty dreams became Kenexa, which he co-founded in 1987. Kenexa has grown into the largest independent provider in the human capital management space, is well on its way to becoming a billion-dollar company that is well positioned to realize continued market share gains in the future. In 2011, Mr. Karsan co-authored the New York Times' bestselling book "We: How to Increase Performance and Profits through Full Engagement."

Before he started Kenexa's predecessor company, Mr. Karsan led Marketing Actuarial for the Mercantile & General Insurance Company in Toronto. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and has a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Actuarial science from the University of Waterloo.

Patrick Harverson

Patrick Harverson is Prince Charles's former PR chief. He worked for the Financial Times newspaper from 1988 to 2000. Roles covered included stock market reporter 1988-1989, economics staff writer 1989-1990, New York correspondent 1990-1995, business reporter 1995-1997, and sports correspondent 1997-2000. From the Financial Times, he joined Manchester United football club as Director of Communications. He joined the Office of the Prince of Wales on 2 February 2004] He was appointed Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order (LVO) in the 2013 New Year Honours. Also, he was named PR Professional of the Year in 2011.

Harverson set up Milltown Partners with his fellow managing partner, DJ Collins, former vice-president of public policy and communications for Google in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Benedict T. Casnocha

Ben is an American writer and entrepreneur, based out of San Francisco, California. He is founder of Comcate, an e-government technology firm, and the author of two books, including the New York Times bestseller The Start-Up of You.

He is a keynote speaker at many business events and conventions. He has appeared on The Charlie Rose Show and is a commentator on NPR's Marketplace and in Newsweek. He has also written for the American Enterprise Institute and the U.S. State Department. In 2006, BusinessWeek named Casnocha one of America's best young entrepreneurs.[6] Politics Online named him one of the "25 most influential people in the world of internet and politics.

Dom Sagolla
Co-Creator of Twitter

A graduate of Swarthmore College and Harvard University, Dr.Sagolla earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Computer Science, a Master of Education in Cognitive Science, as well as a Doctorate of Humane Letters from Becker College. Co-creator of Twitter, Dom has also contributed to Macromedia Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, and many influential apps such as the Official Obama '08 iPhone App. Co-founder of the world's most prolific hack athon, iOSDevCamp, Dom has advised mega-hits like Get Around, Food Spotting, Tapulous (now Disney), Small Society (now Wal-Mart Labs), and Square. Dr.Sagolla was first recognized as an International Genius by the City of Amsterdam for his career and leadership in the technology industry.

Dom's first book 140 CHARACTERS includes a foreword by Jack Dorsey, Creator and Chairman of Twitter, Inc.

Fahad S. Al-Sheaibi

Mr. Al-Sheaibi graduated from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia.
He joined SABIC in 1979 and started his career as a researcher for Petrochemical Industry. In 1982 he was in charged for the Local Market Sales and Pre-Marketing campaign at national and global level during the early stages of organization. He became the Regional Sales Manager for Europe based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1984, and eventually became General Manager, Europe in 1987. In 1991 he was assigned as a Business Manager of Plastics, SABIC Marketing Limited in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Later in 1994, he held the position of Vice President Sales SABIC Marketing Limited Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In 1998 he assumed the position of Senior Vice President of Polyolefins and on the same year he then held the position of Group President-Polymers for a period of four years. Prior to his current position, he was Vice President PVC/Polyester in 2002 for a period of over 4 years.

In 2006 he assumed the position of VP, Fertilizer SBU and on 2008 he became EVP of the same SBU. Recently in 2013 he has been appointed as Executive Vice President Corporate Human Resources.

Presently he also holds the position of IFA (International Fertilizer Association) VP for West Asia, GPCA Fertilizer Committee member, Chairman of AFA (Arab Fertilizer Association), Chairman of ALBAYRONI, Vice Chairman of SAFCO and previously he was KEMYA Board Member, YANPET Vice Chairman, SABIC Marketing Europe Board member.

Mr. Nadhmi A. Al-Nasr

Administration and Finance of KAUST

Mr. Nadhmi A. Al-Nasr obtained his BS in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He started working with Saudi Aramco in 1978. He was involved in the execution of the Kingdom's Master Gas System - one of the world's largest single hydrocarbon networks and a major factor in the Kingdom's economic development activities. Mr. Al-Nasr was a project manager for the Ghawar oil feldcapital programs during the 1980's. He managed the massive and aggressive crude expansion program, ensuring the Kingdom's ability to fllthe production gap caused by the loss of oil output from Iraq and Kuwait during the Gulf War.

In the middle 90's, he became the Manager of the Shaybah Development Program. Under his watch, this mega project was complet- ed a year ahead of schedule and below the budget. It is now widely regarded as one of Saudi Aramco's most ambitious and success- ful ventures. He also held the positions of Manager, Facilities and Planning Department, Manager, Long Range Planning Department in Corporate Planning, Managing Director of Saudi Petroleum Overseas Ltd., and Executive Director of Community Services. Mr. Al-Nasr was named Vice President of Engineering Services in 2006 and eventually became Vice President of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) Development Program, a long-held dream of King Abdullah. He then served as the Interim President of KAUST. Currently, he is Executive Vice President, Administration and Finance of KAUST.

Dr. Abdulkarim H. Alnujaidi

Dr. Alnujaidi role focuses on developing national strategies to match supply with demand for national human resources and manag- ing the implementation of HRD programs. Dr. Alnujaidi has 26 years of work experience in both public and private sectors. He previously worked for the Saudi development &Training Co (SDT), an Economic OffsetCompany, as the training academy principal. Previous to that, he was an assistant professor of English and Chairman of the English Training Centre at Riyadh College of Technology (TVTC). He received his Ph.D. in English from Oklahoma State University in 2003 and his Executive MBA from King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in 2011. Dr. Alnujaidi is currently leading several HRDF employment, training, and customer services initiatives.

Gavin Esler

Gavin Esler is a regular anchor on Newsnight and the BBC News Channel. He has been with the digital service, which has built up an audience of more than 6 million viewers a week, since its launch. Gavin previously served as BBC Chief North America Correspond- ent, in charge of shaping and directing coverage. He was accredited to the White House to cover both Bush and Clinton administra- tions, including the Lewinsky hearings.

She is currently the General Manger of Human Resources at the Gulf Bank. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in mathematics from Kuwait University and a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Phoenix in Organizational Management
